Being a nature freak at heart, I work outdoors all year. I keep in shape with biking, jogging swimming and, last but not least, snowsports.
|
Although born and raised in Winterthur (near Zürich), my roots go back to Davos where my Father grew up.
Therefore I was often with my Grandparents in Davos and was skiing before I could ride a bicycle.
I could only choose an outdoor profession, so I became a builder and worked a few years, also as freelancer.
Soon I found out that skisport would have to be my goal and would also be satisfying to share my enthusiasm and knowledge.

In 1987 I began my training to become a snowsport teacher in Savognin.
I worked 2 Winters in Savognin, and 3 Years in Samedan (next to St. Moritz).
Since 1993/94 to 2002 the guests of the Hotel Suvretta in St. Moritz had the pleasure of experiencing my tuition in skiing, carving and snowboard.
I now work as a freelance snowsport teacher.

Snow is only frozen water...
... I stay with the element and work in a public swimming bath in summer.
